Residential Recycling Services
ACE Simple Sort Recycling makes recycling easier by letting you place all accepted materials in one cart. Your recyclables are collected every other week, no sorting required.

Boost Recycling by Up to 40%
Like a standard garbage container, this wheeled cart features a gray lid and clear labeling to indicate it’s for recyclables only.
Making recycling easier means more materials get recycled—sometimes increasing participation by 30–40%. That’s a win for the environment and our community.
- Protects the EnvironmentRecycling reduces waste sent to landfills and helps conserve natural resources, supporting a cleaner and healthier planet.
- Saves EnergyUsing recycled materials requires less energy than producing new ones, helping reduce emissions and preserve valuable resources.
Curbside Collection Guidelines
Please have your recycling cart at the street by 6:00am on collection day to ensure pickup.
Always place accepted recyclables loose in your cart or in brown paper bags—do not use plastic bags. Only include approved items; carts containing unacceptable materials or bagged recyclables may not be collected and could incur additional fees.

Recycling Schedule
ACE follows a red week and black week recycle schedule. Not sure if you're in the red week or black week service area? Contact us and we'll let you know.
Here's What Goes Into a Recycling Bin
No plastic bags! Recycling placed in plastic bags may not be collected and could incur additional fees due to contamination.
Please break down cardboard to fit inside your cart. Larger boxes should be flattened, cut into smaller pieces, and tied with string or twine into bundles no larger than 3 ft. x 3 ft. and no heavier than 30 lbs each. Place the bundles next to your cart. There’s no extra charge for additional recycling.

Incorrect Battery Disposal Can Cause Fires
Common household items seem harmless, however, the batteries in them pose risks when disposed into regular garbage or recycling containers because of their highly flammable nature.

Remove the batteries
Check the electronic devices you need to dispose of. If possible, remove the batteries. If not, bring the whole device to the drop off location.
Store batteries in a safe place
Store batteries in non-metallic containers (plastic, cardboard, or glass) that do not conduct electricity if there is a spark.
Find your local drop off
Find a local electronic disposal store, or find a drop off location near you.
